In dieser Saison ist die T20-Bundesliga der Herren um eine weitere Spielklasse erweitert worden. Die ersten Gruppenspiele fanden am 16. April statt und enden am 26. Juni. Die Liga ist in 2 Regionen aufgeteilt, Gruppe A (Nord) & Gruppe B (Süd) mit insgesamt 12 Teams.
- In der Gruppe A sind Mannschaften aus 3 Regionen vertreten, nämlich NDCV, ODCV und WDCV. Jede Region wird von zwei Vereinen vertreten, die sich als die beiden Erstplatzierten der regionalen Bundesliga-Tabelle des letzten Jahres qualifiziert haben. Die Vereine, die sich für die Nordgruppe qualifiziert haben, sind:
1) Kummerfelder SV 2) SG Findorff 3) BSC Rehberge 4) Berlin CC 5) Düsseldorf Blackcaps 6) Köln CC
- Die Gruppe B hat 3 Regionen, nämlich: HCV, BCV & BWCV und die Vereine in der Südgruppe sind:
1) MSC Frankfurt 2) Darmstadt CC 3) SV Wacker Burghausen 4) Cricket Club Bayern 5) TV Pflugfelden 6) TFG Rohrbach
Die Gruppensieger der Bundesliga Süd und der Bundesliga Nord bestreiten das Finale. Die letzten 2 Mannschaften der Bundesliga Nord und Bundesliga Süd steigen für die Saison 2023 ab.
Die Qualifikation für die T20-Bundesliga 2023 wird mit den besten Teams aus jeder der vier regionalen Zonen gespielt; und jede Zone stellt ein Team, das in die nationale T20-Bundesliga 2023 aufsteigt.
Zone 1 – NDCV & ODCV
Zone 2 – CN & WDCV
Zone 3 – SCV & BCV
Zone 4 – HCV & BWCV
DCB makes cricket history – first men’s T20 Bundesliga
This 2022 season a further division of the men’s T20 Bundesliga has come into effect, with the first group games having taken place on 16th April and will end on 26th June. The league is split into 2 regions, Group A (North) & Group B (South) with 12 teams in total.
- Group A has teams from 3 regions, namely; NDCV, ODCV & WDCV. Each region is represented by two clubs who qualified as the top two from last year’s regional Bundesliga table. The clubs that have qualified to play in the north group are:

The group champion of the Bundesliga South and Bundesliga North will play the final. The last 2 teams in the Bundesliga North and Bundesliga South will be relegated for the 2023 season.
The qualification for the T20 Bundesliga 2023 will be played with the top teams from each of the four regional zones; and each zone will have one team going into the national T20 Bundesliga 2023.
